10 Diet tips for Health and Vitality

  1. Eat proteins earlier in the day to energise the body and lift your mood. Save carbohydrates for the evening as they are calming and will help you relax at the end of the day.
  2. Eat fresh and wholesome. Limit your intake of foods that don’t work with your system such as bread, breakfast cereals, yeast, milk, sugar (the usual suspects!).
