Hannah Vallance (Psychologist and Life Coach)

Hannah uses her skills as a Psychologist, with particular emphasis on positive psychology and cognitive behavioural coaching, to motivate clients towards a healthier, happier and more positive lifestyle.

Having studied psychology at London and Surrey Universities, Hannah began her career working in the mental health field before widening her scope to cover occupational issues such as assessment and development. Continuing to prioritise her own professional development she has gained a range of additional therapeutic skills covering life coaching, brief therapy for depression, performance coaching, facilitation skills, counselling, and CBT. Her style is informal and insightful, guiding individuals towards a greater fulfilment and wellbeing through identifying unproductive thought and emotional pathways; recognising impacts on self and others; and encouraging more beneficial behaviour patterns.

Qualifications: MSc Occupational Psychology, Cert & Dip in Life Coaching, Cert Performance Coach

Dawn Cutting (Personal Trainer)

Dawn is an experienced Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Dawn uses her knowledge, experience and dedication to help her personal and professional clients reach and maintain their health and fitness goals.
