- Coaching for Health - 1 Day Workshop

This workshop will help staff improve their mental health. We will explore health inhibiting thoughts and behaviours such as poor relationships at work, perfectionism, procrastination and lack of balance. We will then introduce health enhancing thoughts and behaviours by providing a toolkit of stress reduction techniques including mind-body control techniques, time management, relationship coaching, relaxation, and nutritional guidance.


- Wellbeing at Work for Women

This talk is aimed specifically at women and the challenges they face at work. Topics covered include self esteem, unproductive thought paterns, postural advice, relaxation and nutrition. Paticipants will learn be taught effective ‘take away’ techniques to reduce physical, mental and emotional tension at work. Talk includes practical relaxation session.
