Session times can be planned
according to your needs and wishes.
Sessions can be subsidised in part or in full by the organisation, or employees
can be responsible for the cost of their own sessions.. We come to you; you simply provide a
space in which your employees can receive sessions. HEALTH

Care Homes (roviding services for over 3000 older people in Hertfordshire,
Bedfordshire and Essex).
This company employs many extremely kind and caring people, who often
leave themselves at the bottom of the pile when it comes to care. We currently run "Lifestyle Awareness
Days" 4 times a year for the carers. By helping them care for themselves too,
they are in the best possible mindset to care for others. We also run Stress
Management workshops to help care home managers and senior staff learn to deal
with their pressures more effectively, and learn techniques to spot stress in
colleagues and support them appropriately. We have also been contributed to Wellbeing
Events and courses at head office teaching relaxation and Yoga. Boehringer Ingelheim (Proud to be ranked among the top 100
Best Companies once again in 2011). A section of the company was undergoing
a period of change and restructuring.
We were invited in to run a "Wellbeing and Resilience" workshop. We designed the workshop to help
employees handle the stress and apprehension of this move. During the workshop participants were given the opportunity to assess
their current health and well being, and given appropriate information and
focus so that they could goal set for simple and achievable improvements. In the 'resilience' part of the
workshop we used psychological tools to help participants reduce unhelpful
thoughts and behaviors to maintain a positive outlook. Rickmansworth PNEU School (Girls preparatory School).
We put together a workshop to help the hardworking teachers to improve their
health and find time to relax. The
workshop included yoga and relaxation class and tips on how to incorporate
relaxation/meditation into a busy life. We later spoke about our current level of health and showed
the teachers Life Coaching techniques to inspire them to improve their
wellbeing and make simple changes to create and even healthier lifestyle. To see how
