Sarah Oakley began her career working in a London based office so she completely understands the pressures of a nine to five environment. Sarah developed Coaching for Health as an offering to professional and successful individuals and organizations seeking balance, strength, success and well-being.

Since starting Coaching for Health, Sarah has worked with a variety of organisations and people including teachers, pupils, celebrities, health professionals, charities, doctors, traders, actors, recovering addicts, top execs and many more. Sarah regularly contributes to her Blog, magazines and websites.

Qualifications: Cert Psychological Coach (Centre for Coaching), Cert Stress Management & Health Coach (Centre for Stress Management), Cert Performance Coach (Centre for Coaching), Certificate in Personal Coaching (The Coaching Academy), Nutritional Therapy (BSY Group), BSocSc, Yoga TTC (International Sivananda Vedanta Centers), First Aid for Appointed Persons (St John’s Ambulance).

Associate memberships: MIHEP (The Institute of Health Education and Promotion), Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) Special Group in Coaching Psychology, Level 3 REPS Advanced member of the Register of Exercise Professionals
