Is the fast paced and demanding nature of life and work today leaving you and your colleages seriously stressed out?????

On an individual level, prolonged stress can lead to burnout accompanied by serious health implications.

On a business level an unhealthy organisation is sure to be less effective in the marketplace.

Each year in the UK, over 3 million working days are lost to “stress”.

Stress at work also poses serious risks of litigation for ALL employers and organisations. Handling stress related claims can not only involve hefty sums for damages, but also result in negative press and loss of reputation. Therefore, as well as social and ethical reasons there are huge financial incentives to beat stress in the workplace. Furthermore by law companies now must take action to prevent stress.
