YOGA AT HOME

Why not take the opportunity to work with our yoga teacher privately in the luxury of your own home. Each session is tailor-made to suit and benefit you to the maximum effect. Happy to work 1 on 1 or in small groups. Availible in Middlesex and Herts.


YOGA AT WORK

Availible throughout Middx and Herts.

Yoga for health; stress related illness; concentration; reduced absenteeism; strength; stamina; stiffness and confidence.

We can provide your workplace a time and space to constructively abandon stress and anxiety. Teachers will include exercises that can be taken away and used appropriately by participants to combat common back and neck problems when sat at their desks.

• Session times can be planned according to your needs and wishes
• Sessions can be subsidised in part or in full by the organisation. Alternatively participants can be responsible for the cost of their own sessions.
• We come to you. You provide a space in which your employees can receive sessions.
• Perfect for taster sessions for work away days / wellness campains in the office.


YOGA DAY WITH FRIENDS
£195 per day

Availible throughout Middx and Herts.


One of our qualified therapists will come to your home and take you and your friends through a journey of relaxation and more. Includes: yoga, meditation and a presentation of your choice from subjects ranging from health, nutrition, stress reduction to weight management.


YOGA TALKS AND SEMINARS

Informative and inspired talks/presentations to encourage improved health and wellbeing, available for your office or organisation.

“Take a Breath – Take control!”
Shoulders hunched tension in the upper back and neck, tire easily? Does this description fit you or any of those around you? Our practitioner will work with you to encourage proper breathing. Our breathing practices can be taken away and used to combat stress, performance anxiety and panic attacks, and also to improve concentration, relaxation, improved heath and control.

“Yoga at Work”
Learn to relax at work. This talk will introduce simple and easy ‘take away’ techniques to reduce physical, mental and emotional tension at work.

“Meditation at Work”
Learn to still the mind and combat stress through the art of mediation. This workshop will explain the concept of meditation and its mental and emotional benefits. Practical work will be introduced into the session according to the needs and wishes of the group.
