What is Health Coaching?
If you have ever been to see a doctor, you will know that an appointment lasts about ten minutes. Sadly, our healthcare system is at breaking point, so we need to stay healthy and well. Working with a health and wellbeing coach you will get the opportunity to talk about yourself and all your health concerns for a couple of hours, not ten minutes. The entire process is focused 100% on YOU and the coaching plan we create is totally tailored to your needs.

Health coaching is a collaborative process - a partnership. Together we identify the changes needed to improve your health and to reduce potential health risks. During the process, I will provide advice on your health and fitness and encourage and teach you how to make changes to your health. The end goal is for you to learn how to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle over the long term and to feel better about yourself.
How does Health Coaching work?
Health coaching is a collaboration – a joint venture between you and me. The journey starts by talking about your goals and what you would like to achieve. We’ll do a deep dive into your health and general well-being to find our starting point and I’d ask you to complete a 3-day food diary in advance of the session so that we can see what your food habits are like.

I will coach you to identify your health goals and together we will set a timeframe. I will support you with advice on diet, fitness or stress management or a combination of all three and send you our agreed plan tailored to you. The initial consultation takes a couple of hours, and this will be followed up by review sessions where we can assess how you got on with your plan. This is the opportunity to either set new goals or modify the existing goals. Change takes time but it will be well worth it to start feeling so much better.

Everything is personalised to you every step of the way.
